Description

Be a part of the excitement of New Year's Eve, hot rhythms and parties untill dawn. Warm, comfortable interior, special atmosphere and the captivating smell of Old Polish cuisine delicacies.

It will be an unforgettable night, and only a taste of what awaits you. Next, is pure pleasure - white madness in a lovely Czech place called Spindleruv Mlyn and its surroundings. The whole day out skiing and snowboarding, and cross-country and backcountry skiing for those interested. There is also lots of different attractions for all those who prefer hiking or basking in the sun to winter sports.

In the evenings: hot wine, renowned Czech beer and the great taste of traditional fried cheese. And for dessert - visiting one of the most beautiful European capitals - Prague...

What to pack?

It's winter in Poland, therefore warm winter clothes are a must, cap, goggles, scarf, ski/snowboard helmet etc. Take your favorite skis or snowboard, or rent skiing gear on the spot. However, don't forget to pack sunglasses,sunscreen, camera, swimsuit & good humour.

Daily itinerary

Day 1

It's your Big Day! After you have arrived to the capital of Poland, Warsaw, we will pick you up from the airport and take to a cozy hotel. In the evening, during a welcome dinner you will have an opportunity to meet your fellow travelers. If you feel up to it, we will take you for a stroll round the old town square. Why not drop in at a pub or a cafe to kick off your adventurous stay in Eastern Europe?

Day 2

You don't need to rise and shine at the crack of dawn. Breakfast will be served from 8:30 to 9:00. When everybody is ready, we will set off to explore Warsaw: the Royal Castle, the charming Old Town, New Town. Then we will have a break for lunch. Have you ever seen a 150-year-old palace on the water? If not, do not miss this chance. In the evening, we will continue our journey. Overnight, we will stay in the picturesque land of white rocks, caves and castles. The beauty of the area will be revealed to you tomorrow.

Day 3

While still being overwhelmed by the beauty of the surroundings, we will set off on our journey to the center of Polish culture, Cracov. We will show you marvelous places, steeped in history, including the Barbakan, Florianska Street, the Old Town, St Mary's Church, the Wawel Castle, the Dragon's Cave, to name only a few of the attractions to come. If you are keen on shopping, why not browse the local shops in your leisure time? Those who despise shopping can wind down sipping mulled wine. In the evening, we will take you to a gorgeous, traditional Polish manor house. That is the perfect setting to celebrate New Year's Eve.

Day 4

The last day of the year of 2004. You are encouraged to do as you wish. Breakfast time is up to you. As an optional attraction, we offer the world's oldest operating enterprise, the Wieliczka Salt Mine. Later the same day, you will have time to get geared up for the New Year's Eve celebrations.

Day 5

After you've woken up and recuperated from sumptuous New Year's celebrations, we will set off to the Czech city of Splinderov Mlyn. We will reach our destination late in the evening. On the way expect surprises!

Day 6

We will start the very first day in the mountains with ... a hearty breakfast. Then we will check your equipment or, if needed, rent skis or snowboard for you. Throughout the day, we will meet to experience regional cuisine at the local restaurant. In the evening, if you still have some energy to spare, we will take you for a walk round this picturesque mountain resort.

Days 7-10

The change of tone! After a hectic schedule you deserve some time of tranquility. Following breakfast, you can go skiing or hiking. You've got the idea. When you have skied or hiked in the area to your hearts' content, why not take advantage of such amenities as swimming pool, sauna, a trip round the area or sampling numerous, regional specialties. There will be no time to get bored! Each day will bring something new and thrilling.

Day 11

This is the last day of your stay in the mountains, so indulge yourself in skiing down the European slopes for the last time! In the afternoon, we will pack our luggage and leave for the capital of Czech Republic, Prague. We will explore the ancient, enchanting and mysterious quarter of the city and finally we will have dinner to say farewell.

Day 12

Breakfast, last shopping, farewell hugs and kisses, and we will wish you a safe journey home.
