What to pack?
No professional equipment is required. For one
thing, your enthusiasm and good humor are essential. Don't
forget to pack your kids' favorite toys. Comfy footwear,
all-weather clothes, swimsuit, hat, sunscreen, camera and sunglasses
will come in handy. More hints what to take with you before your

Daily itinerary
Day 1
You arrive in Warsaw. Your real adventures in
Eastern Europe are about to start right here. We will check you
in at a charming hotel. In the evening, during an official welcome
dinner you will learn the details of program we have designed for
you. Kids will find out about attractions to come. Those of you
who will still have some energy to spare can join us in our night
walk through the capital city. Meanwhile, our employees will look
after your kids at the hotel.
Day 2
Following a delicious Polish breakfast, we will
show you round the capital. We will have all day to take in the
sights of the city, where the past meets the present. A horse-drawn
cart will take us past the city's highlights. Then, a stroll
along the bank of the Wisla River. The places not to be missed
are the Royal Castle, the 150-year-old palace on the water and
royal gardens. Standing on the top terrace of the Palace of Culture
you will have a chance to admire the spectacular, panoramic view
of Warsaw. The afternoon and evening will bring some surprises
to your kids. We keep something in store for you as well.
Day 3
After a hearty breakfast we will set off for
the south of Poland. On the way, we will visit Czestochowa and
the renowned Monastery of Jasna Gora. This appealing and
mystical shrine draws thousands of the faithful each year. We will
stay at a cozy guest house in the vicinity of the Ojcow
National Park. Next day we will take advantage of this picturesque
and charming area.
Day 4
Late morning will be great fun for your kids.
Needless to say, it will be time for you to relax. We and kids
will head for the Ojcow National Park to hunt for treasures
of the remote past. First, kids will discover Hercules' Club
and then spend an activity-packed day enjoying fresh air. In the
afternoon, a guide will show us round an eerie cave. In the evening,
expect a delightful Trek-Surprise.
Day 5
Following a tasty breakfast we will head for
the enchanting city of Cracov. Steeped in rich history, it abounds
in historic places and cultural events. No wonder it is a magnet
for artists, students and holidaymakers. The city's unique
ambience rests upon such precious monuments as the Wawel Castle,
the Old City, the Barbakan and picturesque Florianska Street. You
will be surrounded by its historic walls that evoke the remote
past when Cracov was the Polish capital. After the encounter with
fire-belching Dragon and visit to its cave, kids will have a chance
to cool down and splash about in one of the biggest European aqua
parks. In the meantime, you will have time to take it easy and
enjoy small shopping.
Day 6
After breakfast we will continue with sightseeing.
Later, we will set off for the Wieliczka Salt Mine. Due to the
fact that salt has been dug out there for the last 800 years, the
Wieliczka is considered the oldest operating enterprise in the
world. We will walk down tunnels that lead through 20 chambers
carved on three levels, 215ft/64m to 450ft/135 m deep underground.
The mine houses a post office, restaurant, movie theater and on
top of that tennis courts. Overnight at a charming hotel, in the
old-Polish mansion house.
Day 7
For our next stopover we have chosen the winter
center of Poland, Zakopane and the surrounding area. We will walk
you to the charming Morskie Oko Lake. Then the cable car will take
us up to the very top, Kasprowy Wierch, where a traditional local
meal will await us in a mountain hostel. Although it's not
wintertime, nonetheless your kids will have the benefit of sledding.
In the evening, you will find out more about vivid traditions still
preserved by local mountaineers.
Day 8
We will bid farewell to Poland and set off for
other European destinations. First, we will explore neighboring
Slovakia, a gorgeous and mountainous country. We encourage you
to discover on your own how similar, yet how different it is to
Poland. We bet that you will be spellbound by its heavenly beauty
and intriguing geological formations. In the evening, kids should
look forward to a special Trek-surprise.
Day 9
Following a delicious Slovakian breakfast we
will leave for the capital of the Czech Republic, Prague. On the
way, expect special attractions that hopefully will turn the journey
into a delightful experience.
Day 10
Traditional breakfast in Prague is a real treat.
We will explore the city's most picturesque sites and monuments
such as the pedestrian only Charles' Bridge, the sculpture
gallery and the beautiful Hradczany palace. The city tempts to
be explored. No doubt it will be a memorable day for you. In the
evening, a farewell dinner.
Day 11
Last opportunity to browse through souvenir
shops and take snapshots. Fond farewells and we will wish you a
safe journey home.
