The levels of difficulty explanation
We have drawn up a four-degree scale in order to customize a trip to
your interests and fitness level.
Level 1 - easy
What
you need is good will and good mood. We will take the sights at your
leisure, so you can savour the beauty of each spot. You will decide if
you feel up to participate in longer trekking trips or sport activities.
Level 2 - moderate
You
don't need to be in your peak shape; however, expect two- or three-hour
walking, bike trips and many other outdoor activities. No professional
sport gear will be needed.
Level 3 - challenging
If
you are in trim condition and no stranger to hiking, jogging, biking,
kayaking, you will make it! We will combine taking the sights with physical
activities. Be ready to spend the most of a day outdoors.
Level 4 - extreme
Prepare
yourself for all-day hiking in moderate or extreme terrain, off-the-beaten-track.
You need to be resistant to erratic weather conditions, high altitude,
and exposed tracks. What really counts is your determination. Professional
and experienced trainers are going to look after your safety.
Level 1-4 - It's up to you
